Resources and Policies

The information below is to help our chapters stay current and in compliance. There are helpful links for all members of the SSU FSL community, as well as the past Fraternity and Sorority Reports and Policies.

Manage My Chapter:

Use this form to add members to your chapters academic grade report prepared at the end of each semester. (Submit to the Student Center, Room 2037)

This form must be completed by the chapter president and chapter/faculty/staff advisor in order to receive the chapter grade reports. (Submit to the Student Center, Room 2037)

This form is to be sign by all New Members in acknowledgment of Sonoma State's Anti-Hazing policy. (Submit to the Student Center, Room 2037)

This form is to be filled out by each chapter President and turned in before the end of each semester.

Campus Resources:

RUFUS’s are used to request room on campus.

Get involved and stay informed with SonomaSync.

This is the request form needed for any and all fraternal events both on and off campus.

Travel Documents:

Must be completed by all drive. This includes a copy of their Drivers License and Car Insurance if they are driving a private vehicle.

Must be filled out by every member of the organization who is traveling. On the back of the form they must print their names whether they are 18 or older.

Provides the Student Involvement with information about your trip and how to contact you. The trip manifest lists the drivers and those who will be riding in their cars. If the driver is driving a private vehicle they must give us a copy of their Drivers License and their care insurance. The trip request form must be turned in a week before the trip.

In collaboration with chapter and council leadership, Sonoma State University has established an Expansion and Recognition process for students and organizations wishing to colonize.  At this time, Sonoma State University has determined that the campus is not currently open for expansion.  If there is interest, please contact Leo Serrato, Campus Life Advisor, Fraternity and Sorority Life to schedule meeting to review the procedure.
